Abstract:Structural unemployment is the core employment problem facing to any country in the world.In the past 10 years，the global economic development has been unreasonable allocation of resources due to unbalanced structural development，resulting in large-scale structural unemployment.On the basis of structural unemployment in countries with different characteristics，This paper will summarily analysis national policies and measures dealing with structural unemployment from the aspects of macro economic development，unemployment insurance，labor market equilibrium，and vocational training，while exploring the different types of foreign countries cope with the different characteristics of the structural unemployment measures.
