Abstract:In recent years，under the new normal economy，China's unemployment risk point increased，risk transmission mechanism gradually formed，overall level of the risk unemployment increased.Structural unemployment is priority among them，and concentrated in certain regions，industries，groups.In response to this kind of structural unemployment，we need to establish surveillance system of enterprise employee and job cuts，increase government support for special groups and special area，expand employment service channels，establish a system of education and skills training system based on market demand，improve the labor market system.
