过程建构主义视域下南太平洋地区的合作

Abstract:The development of western international relations theories mainly focuses on the systematic level，forming the main venation and analytical frame in the process of dialogue and debate. However，western international relations theories ignore social interactive processes and social relations. Therefore，the form of western theories is static，but the form of process constructivism is dynamic. Pacific Island countries are diverse and discrepant. Furthermore，the process of regional cooperation is dynamic. Therefore，we cannot use the static theories to explain and guide the regional cooperation. This article supposes that the cooperation of South Pacific region is being driven by the process，and the process and relations are the driving forces for the South Pacific region to cooperate further. This article also tests the mode of process driving by three cases including the cooperation framework，India’s participation in the regional cooperation and Fiji’s socialization process.
