Abstract:First of all，the article briefly reviews the development and evolution between the World Bank and China relationship，which gradually became normalization and has developed the interdependent partnership that has close related to improving China’s international and domestic environment. Secondly，it analyses on the two priorities from World Bank’s aid strategy towards China：the WB gradually transfers the regulations and institutional mechanisms of market economic system through loan project in order to create the conditions for institutional transformation for China from a centrally planned economy to a market economy mechanism；and combine the national targets on the process of China’s reform and development with WB aid strategy for solving China’s pressing issues on the China’s social and economic development process. The Third，based on the partnership between World Bank and China，the paper analyzes the experience of World Bank from aid projects on China and other developing countries and regions. WB Serves assistance as Intermediary which play its knowledge banks impacts on policy advice and Economic Research Work for transferring new knowledge，new ideas，new rules，new mechanisms and gradually leads China from a planned economy to a fully market economy and，promotes China reform and opening up process.
