新疆新型民族关系的建立、维护及其问题与思考
文章摘要：本文叙述了新疆民族的构成、新疆新型民族关系建立的过程及其维护、新疆民族关系面临的问题及挑战因素。通过这些论述，作者认为新疆民族关系结构已经发生重大变化，新的历史时期新疆民族关系应该从革命性民族关系向公民性民族关系转变，作为构建与维系民族关系的民族团结理论也应该与时俱进，适应新的变化，才能更好地指导民族关系的和谐。
