中国企业对日直接投资的难点与突破口

Abstract:Chinese enterprises’ FDI in Japan is at the beginning stage. Due to factors such as business environment，positioning deviation，technology gap and policy guidance，there are still great difficulties for Chinese enterprises to expand its investment and optimize its investment structure in Japan. However，with some positive factors emerging in recent years，Chinese enterprises are expected to gain new breakthroughs for its investment in Japan. Both China and Japan should seize the opportunity of the adjusting of their FDI policies respectively and promote the complementary investment cooperation，particularly deepening the investment cooperation in real estate and tourism and promoting China’s industrial upgrading through investment in Japan’s manufacturing industry，in order to realize mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation.
