中国与中亚国家能源合作新进展

Abstract:China and Central Asian countries have been gained new achievements in energy cooperation for past years.The achievements can be breakdown into four fields.First,cooperation between China and Central Asia is driven by central and local authorities of both sides;second,both the state-owned and private enterprises participate in cooperation;third,oil-gas exploration and pipeline construction are in priority,and the energy cooperation covers many fields;fourth,continuously deepen and expand the cooperation of"oil-for-loan".In addition,the finance is increasingly becoming an important tool in energy cooperation.However,the energy cooperation between China and Central Asian countries still felt marked political and economic impacts from international,regional and Central Asian countries.
