南海仲裁案及其影响

Abstract:The sovereignty issue was disguised as the issue of island and reef status and the issue of maritime rights in Arbitration case of South China Sea unilaterally lodged by Aquino III Government of the Philippines，which abused the international judiciary procedures. There are serious flawed in both of the member composition of temporary tribunal and the award of jurisdiction and substantial issue given by them. They are insufficiently credible. The United States，Japan and countries outside the region took advantage of this opportunity to further intervene in the East Asian maritime affairs，implementing the “Asia-Pacific Rebalance” strategy. Through legal，diplomatic，public opinion and other means，China actively promote its solemn position of “no acceptance，no participation”. False accusations and malicious speech were overwhelmed by a resolute counterattack，achieved good results and effects.
