中国海洋法治发展报告
文章摘要：2015年是我国海洋法治发展史上具有里程碑意义的一年，《深海海底区域资源勘探开发法》已生效，国家海洋基本法的立法工作取得实质性进展。本文试图在对2015年以来我国海洋立法进程经验总结的基础上，结合我国实际国情，为我国海洋基本立法和海洋法治体系完善提出意见和建议。
