中国金融信息服务发展：现状、问题与对策

Abstract:Financial information is provided with the characteristics of news value，social value and economic value. Accordingly，the financial information service also has the prosperities of media，public product and strategic emerging industry. The development of financial information service cannot be separated with financial market activities and the network technology innovation of the information communication represented by the Internet. However，the financial information service can be not equal to the Internet finance，and also it does not fully belong to financial activity or financial industry. Financial information service has caught a historic opportunity by the macro-economic growth，rapid development of the financial industry，the development of strategic emerging industries supported by the state，especially the constantly expanding information consumption，the promotion of the “internet plus” and internet finance. However，based on the new normal state featuring characteristics of the current development phase of the Chinese economy，the uncertainty of environment development becomes more complex and also the challenges will be more arduous.In general，the financial information service in China has entered a rapid growth stage，and it has initially formed a diversified business models and relatively complete industrial ecological system. The traditional financial institutions lay more attention on the leading and positive role of financial information service. The rapid development of internet finance information service and “We-Media” financial information service has made monumental change to the market structure. Financial credit information service is conductive to the construction of national credit system based on the financial credit activities，but it still maintains a typical government dominant mode. Compared with the development of financial information service in developed countries，both of China’s total economy and the scale of the financial industry still have a huge gap and space，meanwhile，there are various problems and deficiencies.
