Abstract:Keeping labor market stability and displaying elements configuration function are the two goals of construction of the Labor market. The second goal is of more important significance for the medium and long-term development of social economy and the reform of the supply side. So the Labor market reform and development should be an important part of the supply side structural reforms. In the present employment situation，China should aim to solve the structural contradiction of employment. Firstly we need to further develop the labor market，and adhere to the market allocation of labor resources. Secondly，we need to speed up the accumulation of human capital through education and training，to dissolve the structural contradiction in the labor market. Finally，we need to adapt to the employment process of creative destruction，and to provide basic public services more fairly.
