陕西农村基层党群关系的现状、问题及其优化路径研究

Abstract:Through the investigation and comparative analysis，it is found that the relationship between the party and the masses in the rural areas is generally better in the new situation. The survey found that the party’s broad representation，a strong identity of the masses，people’s satisfaction continues to increase. But there are also corruption，Guanxi and other problems affecting the relationship between the party and the masses. The analysis shows that the cognitive difference，the vanguard and exemplary role of the party，the frequency of direct contact between the rural cadres and the masses，the representation of interests，the ability to serve the masses and the cohesion of the grassroots party organizations are highly related. Therefore，further strengthening the relationship should be enhanced from the micro-party members and cadres to the bottom line awareness and improve the quality of the masses，and the concept of perfect mechanism and the progress of the cage on the macro level of the corresponding level of construction respectively.
