陕西省社会资本参与养老服务体系研究
文章摘要：随着老龄化的发展，我国养老服务体系面临严峻的挑战，由国家和集体包办的养老服务供给机制已经不能适应目前的养老服务需求。近年来，从国家到地方都在探索如何发挥市场机制的作用，将社会资本引入养老服务体系。本研究对陕西省社会资本参与养老服务体系的现状进行了描述，提出了存在的问题，并就目前存在的问题提出了建议。
