FTA利用率之困与澳大利亚政府对中小型企业的扶助措施

Abstract:This paper intends to examine，in the first year after China Australia Free Trade Agreement（ChAFTA）went into effect，whether and how this agreement has contributed to improving exports and revenue of individual enterprises and what challenges and obstacles remain in spite of it. Taking Australia’s wine industry as a case for study，post-ChAFTA economic indexes and interview results with entrepreneurs will be read，against the conclusion reached by The Economist Intelligence Unit in its FTA usage rate report. Facilitation policy and efforts made by the Australian government after ChAFTA will then be analysed against the favourable performance of the industry after the FTA.
