Abstract:Over the past 30 years, China has maintained a rapid economic growth. However, so far, people have not yet formed a unified and systematic understanding of the applicability of China's experience to Africa. In our view, the existing discussion can be divided into two aspects: The first aspect is discussion of the general features of the Chinese experience, and attempt to find out the characteristics and impact on African Development Strategy of neo classical, neo liberalism and "dependency theory" the main difference; the second aspect is the summary of China's relevant experience in specific areas, and discuss on the experience of African development effectiveness, which many Chinese experience with innovative and with distinct Chinese characteristics. Therefore, this paper attempts to enrich the experience of China's development in the treasure house, the main problems facing the development of Africa, from the two aspects of China's experience in the face of induction, combing and refining.
