德国左翼党与2015年希腊债务危机

Abstract:The German Left Party was rather active in the Greek Debt Crisis in 2015. From their perspective，after the Syriza party and its charismatic leader Alexis Tsipras took office in Greece，the left wing forces would probably be on the rise in Europe. And the Syriza was deemed as a brother party. During this round of the debt crisis，the German Left Party gave adamant support for the cause of the Syriza and Tripras，and stood uninterruptedly against the German federal government and Chancellor Angela Merkel. Moreover，they took measures to show their own stance. However，these measures didn’t help the German Left Party win more support，instead，they isolated the party. Meanwhile，there were huge differences of opinions inside the party over the issue of the debt crisis，which nearly split the party.
