日本制造业海外转移对“一带一路”建设的启示

Abstract:Since 1950s，Japan adjusts its manufacturing overseas transfer dynamically according to the requirement of the development of national economy and the adjustment of industrial structure in different periods. With the help of overseas transfer of industry，Japan becomes the most powerful country from the biggest one in manufacturing. Japan’s experience and lessons have practical guiding value to China’s manufacturing overseas transfer under the Belt and Road initiative. The prominent features is the overlapping marginal industrial transfer and advantage industry model on industry choice of Japan’s manufacturing overseas transfer. Japan’s model on industry choice becomes overlapping location choice model of global production network strategy and the holy trinity-industrial capital，commercial capital，financial capital and all enterprises combined investment structure from the low cost strategy and the market-orientation strategy. Japan’s entry mode becomes the cross border mergers and acquisitions and the government’s support and guide strategy system in outward industrial transfer from the greenfield investment，gradually.
