Abstract:Chinese immigration to Latin America has experienced five climaxes.By analyzing the economic，social and political activities of overseas Chinese in Latin America，the author has expressed three viewpoints.The overseas Chinese get more integrated in a society if they are involved in more plural organizations.The ratio of Chinese elite in a country usually matches the degree of Chinese integration in the society，bigger proportion means deeper integration；social integration is the basis of political identitification；realization of political identity and political participation represents the real integration of the Chinese.
