当前欧盟总体形势和中欧关系

Abstract:European Union is an important political force in the world pattern after the end of cold war. In 2013，the European debt situation appeared stable with positive signs. Sino-EU comprehensive strategic partnership has taken steady steps and mutual visits of leaders led to extensive cooperation in the fields of economy and trade. However，it needs to take a long time to eliminate the effects of European debt crisis totally. The overall improvement of European economy is facing multiple challenges of internal political and economic imbalances. In this process，the trends of EU diplomacy and Chinese development have overlaps and differentiation. Both EU and China have to put a higher position to enhance Sino-EU relations and promote bilateral，regional and global peace and development.
