俄罗斯的天然气政策：延续性与新趋势

Abstract:Russia is one of the most important countries of natural gas storage，production and export. Natural gas policy is a crucial part of Russia’s overall energy policy，which maintains continuity in the last several decades and shows some new characteristics and new trends in the context of new domestic and international circumstances. It is anticipated that the economic sanctions imposed by the U.S. and the EU on Russia’s energy industry in response to the crisis in Ukraine as well as the sharp drop of international oil and gas prices in 2014 will have serious negative impacts on the development of Russia’s natural gas industry and the export of natural gas. Russia will adjust its natural gas policy in the following years in order to overcome the difficulties and to adapt to the new situation.
