中国对斐济的经济援助：内容、特点与成效
文章摘要：中国对斐济的经济援助开始于20世纪70年代。以1985年和2006年为界，可以划分为三个阶段，其中第一阶段为初始阶段，以无息贷款、无偿赠送为主，量少且不引人注目；第二阶段资金来源、援助方式更加多样化，成效更加突出；第三阶段援助资金大幅提升，涉及领域更加宽泛。同时，中国对斐济的经济援助不可避免地存在一些问题，我们应遵循义利并重、平等互利与合作共赢原则，加大援助力度，并将援助项目向民生领域倾斜。
