混合所有制改革的内涵与外延
文章摘要：党的十八届三中全会明确提出发展“混合所有制经济”之后，有关大型国有企业混合所有制的改革业已提上日程。本报告就混合所有制和混合所有制改革的相关内涵和逻辑进行梳理，并对能源领域的三大部分——煤炭、电力和油气行业逐一进行剖析，探究各个领域推进混合所有制改革的具体路径和方法，并提出相关改革建议。
