“气盟”的运行机制与综合影响分析

Abstract:Climate and Clean Air Coalition to reduce short-lived climate pollutants（CCAC）was established in 2012. During the past 3 years，CCAC has assembled more than 100 partners and has widely raised global awareness. This paper reviews the operational mechanism of CCAC from the standing points of its institutional framework，characteristics of the partnership，financial arrangement and international cooperation pattern. Base on that，the paper makes a further step to see the comprehensive implications of CCAC. In conclusion，the author indicates that CCAC is an international platform which could motivate actions on the reduction of SLCPs，and from the perspectives both of international climate negotiations and domestic mitigation，policy makers and relevant stakeholders of China should pay an attention to CCAC’s development.
