欧洲适应气候变化十年（2005～2014）——欧盟CIRCLE项目信息对我国适应研究的启示

Abstract:The EU has been playing a “Vanguard” role in climate change science. Regarding to adaptation action to climate change，the EU adopted a three-stage approach，i.e. The European Commission and the Member States provides the society with the latest policies measures and experiences；The scientific community and industry offers the society with the latest technology and innovations，and all of those activities actively promote the concerted action of the European Union and the whole of society to adapt changing climate.CIRCLE（Climate Impact Research and Response Coordination for a Larger Europe）project is a platform on sharing research results on different dimensions of policy，technology at the European Commission and the Member States. With a help of this platform，CIRCLE has promoted scientific knowledge and experience of climate change adaptation in Europe. During the CIRCLE-2 phase，total of 1412 research project details are collected and overall analyzed. According to results of analysis，nearly 10 years’ experience on adapting to climate change in Europe is summarized in this paper. Finally，some advices to adapt climate change in China are provided.
