Abstract:The Third United Nations World Conference on disaster reduction was cloesd in Sendai，Japan，in March 18. Representatives from 187 countries and regions in the world adopted “Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-2030”. This new reduction framework emphasized disaster reduction in order to truly mitigate the negative impact of disaster risk，requires long and sustained attention to people’s health and livelihoods. This is the first major agreement with a global post-2015 Development agenda，it also set up seven goals and four major priorities for disaster reduction，which has repeatedly stressed the important role of climate change in dealing with climate change，as well as synergies between these. Disaster reduction and dealing with climate change is closely related to addressing climate change in favor of disaster reduction，and disaster risk reduction is first line of defense about dealing with the effects of climate change.We want actively adapt to climate change，strengthen meteorological disaster risk management is essential.
