巴黎气候大会——迈向新时期国际气候治理的新起点

Abstract:The unequivocal warming of the climate system has already brought high risk on global nature ecological environment and the sustainable development of society. Scientific evidences indicated that human influence is the dominant cause of the observed warming since the mid-20th century. Addressing climate change should follow a low carbon，green，recycle development pathway to achieve an international sustainably development. The Paris climate change conference that the international community expects is coming，while the heads of governments will meet again to jointly discuss the climate change action on international climate governance for post 2020. Since the consensus of the government and the international community is formed gradually on climate change issues，ambitious political wills and win-win cooperation concept have been further strengthened. More than 150 countries have submitted their National Determined Contribution（NDCs）. The high-level interactions between China and United State will facilitate the success of the Agreement in Paris climate change conference to promote a fair，reasonable and win-win cooperation environment for global climate governance.
