美国华盛顿特区的社区安全政策
文章摘要：在经济高速发展的新时代，社区安全问题，依然是城市治理的重中之重，公民的生命财产依然是最重要的财产。美国首都华盛顿特区在治理暴力犯罪等安全问题的过程中，积累了丰富的政策经验。本文基于美国城市研究所（The Urban Institute）2015年4月发布的关于华盛顿特区社区安全政策的研究报告，在分析华盛顿特区具体做法的基础上，提出了相关建议。
