中国城市化经济成本及承受能力研究——以成都市为例

Abstract:According to different research perspective，costs of urbanization can be divided into macro-costs of urbanization and micro-costs of urbanization.By establishing a quantitative model for calculation，It is found that between 2006 and 2010，Chengdu’s macro-costs of urbanization was 54.4 billion yuan RMB，and Chengdu’s micro-costs of urbanization was 14.3 thousand yuan RMB in 2010. The analyses of the structure of the economic costs of urbanization and burden ability of different subjects show that new urban resident themselves have borne the major burden of the economic costs of urbanization，among which the cost of housing ranks the most. The key to promoting rural workers to become urban residents is to reduce their housing costs.
