Abstract:The process of African integration has been accelerated since the establishment of African Union. The most remarkable progress in Africa’s development is the self-motivated strategies and programmes that have promoted Africa’s regional integration. China has been a strong supporter for Africa’s self-reliant development while promoting Sino-African cooperation in an all-round way. Currently，China and Africa are both going upward in their economic development. In the process of their respective industrialization，urbanization，integration and agricultural modernization，China and Africa will have increasing common interests and opportunities for their strategic cooperation. It is in accordance with their own inner-demand for development for China and Africa to deepen mutual beneficial，complementary and win-win cooperative relations. And there are also favorable conditions，huge development space and opportunities for them to development such relations. Chinese companies and institutions should grasp the opportunities，by focusing on strategic industries and projects，engaging in the progress of African modernization. An investment-driven economic cooperation will gain momentum. China and Africa will both benefit from the cooperation，which will also make positive contributions to world peace and development，and to the democratization of international relations.
