文章摘要：本文系统总结了回归十年以来澳门经济、政治、文化、社会事业、对外交往等领域发生的变化，重点分析了澳门经济发展的特征，产业结构单一化衍生出来的各种社会问题，以及特区政府采取的相应政策措施和产生的社会效果。在介绍这些变化的同时，本文也试图总结澳门在探索过程中积累的治理经验和面临的新挑战。
