广州南沙新区政策演变与产业发展方向

Abstract:This paper analyzes the adjustment of regional function，the evolution process of industrial policy and the present situation of industry development in Nansha New Zone. It proposes that the main thought for industrial development of Nansha New Zone should be focused on the economic cooperation among Guangdong，Hongkong and Macau，improving the competitiveness of service industry on the basis of manufacturing industry to build the economic center in South China. The industry development should be orientated in the direction to develop the modern service industry，the advanced manufacturing industry，and the strategic emerging industry. Nansha New Zone should take the opportunity of further opening service sector wider，promote actively service trade liberalization，the early and pilot implementation of CEPA in the district，and the reform on system and mechanism.
