2010年韩国政治热点问题剖析及展望

Abstract:The year 2010 had been said the RK’s year of election. The political map had changed when the party in power underwent a bad defeat in local election，which was called the mid-term test，but won the by-election for members of Parliament. Lee Myung-bak’s government，which had passed half of its administration，had rushed to carry out or implement major policies such as the revised bill on Sejong City，the Restoration Project of the Four Major Rivers and Political Progressiveness，causing strong objections from the Oppositions and the progressive communities，and criticism and obstruction from different cliques of the party itself as well. It is anticipated that in 2011，heated competition is bound to take place among all political forces to seize favorable floor for the 2012 presidential election. Hence high uncertainty remains in the political strata.
