中韩非传统安全合作的回顾与展望

Abstract:The non-traditional security cooperation between PRC and South Korea established since August,1992. It becomes the common security interests for the two countries to response non-traditional security. The cooperation mainly carried out in the fields of financial security,energy,ecological conservation,ocean development,dealing with earthquake and tsunami,public health and food security. In addition,there are also some effective cooperation in anti-money laundering,anti-terrorist,illegal immigrant,transnational crime,energy saving,emission reduction and climatic change. The basic modes of cooperation between the two countries are mainly in bilateral,tripartite cooperation with Japan or multilateral cooperation with other countries of Northeast Asia. The cooperation mechanism of Northeast Asia is under structured.
