Abstract:Discussing from the“comprehensive national power”approach，the report provides a description of the change of US national power in the past ten years，based on some available data including economic，social，political，technological，educational，military and environmental/ecological indicators，with a priority on the“hard”side of comprehensive national power. The report also gives a comparison among the US，EU，Japan，China，Russia and India，monitored by above-mentioned aspects，trying to indicate the relative changes of the US power；thus presenting an overall observation on the change of US national power in the past ten years.
