从亚信峰会看“新安全观”与亚洲安全治理

Abstract:In May 2014，the fourth annual summit on Interactions and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia took place in Shanghai. China attaches great importance to this conference，which reflects the desire of the Asian countries to expand security cooperation. It also reflects China’s efforts to promote mutual trust and cooperation among the Asian countries. During the conference，the participating countries elaborated on their views on the international situation and on security cooperation in Asia，and China put forward a new security concept for Asia. The Conference on Interactions and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia aims to strengthen cooperation among the Asian countries，to strengthen regional coordination，and to cooperate in the governance of a series of security problems. Entering the new century，security management in the Asian region is still a serious task. To seize this historic opportunity and actively promote the Asian “new security concept” is consistent with the fundamental interests of all countries in Asia.
