Abstract:2012 is a veritable year of election.There are 58 national elections at expiration of office terms all over the world,including permanent members of UN security council-Russia,France,the US;China's peripheral countries-Japan,Republic of Korea and Mongolia;EU countries-Spain,Greece,Iceland and Netherlands;others-Egypt,Yemen,Mexico,Venezuela,etc.So many national level elections will change to various degree not only domestic political,economic and social policies but also foreign policies with impact on many bilateral and multilateral international relations,and then further on future world political and economic frameworks.
