国际关系研究的若干新进展

Abstract:To focus on progress in international relations (IR) from 2010 to 2011, this review article presents some new directions in IR research by selecting relevant essays published in the leading IR journals. Progress has been made in the following areas: international relations theory, especially the balance of power, analysis of the rise of China, global governance, and experimental methods on the subject of international relations and the impact of the methods on previously neglected topics such as religion and customs. In explaining these issues, this article presents an outline of the cutting-edge research in the discipline and provides an overview of the basic trends in international relations.
