俄罗斯与上海合作组织
文章摘要：从政治体制改革的成效看，俄罗斯实现了政治稳定。但如果结合经济发展及对外战略综合看，俄罗斯的稳定与发展面临挑战。当前，经济增长放缓是俄罗斯政治稳定的隐忧，乌克兰危机对俄罗斯的发展战略亦有掣肘。需要在欧亚地缘政治经济格局的视野下看待俄罗斯与上海合作组织的关系。
