建议补译俄已出版的《斯大林全集》第14～18卷

Abstract:The Chinese edition of “The Complete Works of Stalin” includes 13 volumes，corresponding to the first 13 volumes of the Russian edition. Russian edition should include 16 volumes as planned，but a total of 18 actually published，the 17th and 18th volumes embody poems，letters，telegrams，speeches and commands. The 14th to 16th volumes of the main part were differentiated into the old edition and the revised edition，the latter contained large number of supplement and was completely published in 2011. The 16th volume is divided into two parts，the first part of it is a collection of articles from September 1945 to December 1948；the second part includes articles from December 1948 to 1952，the period of the postwar reconstruction and the economic development of the Soviet Union. The time from the end of World War II to Stalin’s death is the main historical stages covered by the 16th volume of the revised edition，it is also the important period during which Stalin led the construction of the Soviet Union and actively promoted the change in the international political and economic setup. Supplementary translation on volume 14～18 of Stalin Complete Works of the revised edition could provide new historical references for us to sum up the experience and lesson of history in politics，economy，military and diplomacy of the Soviet Union，to learn more about Stalin，to understand the history of the development of the international communist movement，especially the contacts between Mao Zedong and Stalin and the early relationship between the Soviet Union and China as well.
