Abstract:In June 2012，the Communist Party of Turkey（TKP）held its 11th National Congress，which analyzed in detail the Turkish ruling class，Justice and Development Party（AKP），and the domestic class situation. The TKP states that although the AKP has ruled the country for 10 years and won high reputation，the AKP is primarily and more than anything，a bourgeois party，whose state represents the benefits of the reactionary capitalist class. Various contradictions and crisis are hidden under the cover of prosperous ruling of the AKP and the social discontentment has been steadily on the increase，which provides the TKP with the best historic opportunities to propagate socialist revolution，because only socialism can resolve the problems in the capitalist system.
