Abstract:Since the mid-1980s，the rise of the Maoist movement in India has been the result of India’s social ills encountering neoliberal poison and the old conflicts have sharpened new contradictions. Compared to the armed struggle of Telun Ganna in the late 1940s，Nasar Barry movement in the 1960s，this wave of communist movement reflected a more resolute struggle，more mature strategy，which was a significant step forward in the history of the communist movement in India. The Communist Party of India（Maoist）established in 2004 with a strong army and a considerable number of the militia，advocates emulate the Chinese revolution to launch a people’s war，and ultimately achieve socialism in India. The Communist Party of India（Maoist）is the most powerful armed force in the current international communist movement. The Communist Party of India（Maoist）has become the biggest opponent of India’ s ruling class，the final outcome of the struggle between the two sides，will directly affect the future of India and the world communist movement.
