中印两国引领亚洲自主增长的潜力及面临的挑战

Abstract:China and India have great potential to lead Asia’s self-sustained growth.To realize that potential，they have to meet two preconditions：for both of them to sustain their own growth，and to strengthen the spillover effects of their growth to the neighboring economies.Some serious challenges are posing them in their way to highly sustained mid-long term growth：the economic transition for China and the target of reindustrialization for India，but we still believe they can finally make it by taking all their advantages.To expand spillover effects of their economic growth，China and India must cooperate with other Asian economies in deepening regional integration so as to form a unified Asian market like EU or NAFTA.However，in absence of political breakthrough，the single Asian market will hardly be seen in the near future.
