Abstract:During the political turmoil occurred in 2011 in the Middle East and North Africa,the downfall of Libia'Quaddafi regime has the meaning of a sample.In those countries occurred regime chang,Libya is the only country suffered sanctions from the UN Security Council resolution,and through direct military intervention imposed by NATO and western countries.The collapse of the Quaddafi regime has internal factors such as:Long autocratic rule,political corruption,the cronyism,wealth gap and the tribal conflicts,and so on.But Gadhafi's bad relations with the west,such as the representative of France,they are determined to overthrow the regime,supporting the opposition forces,is the important external causes.The change of Libya regime,not only has impact on the security and stability in the region,but also to international relations,and the competitions of great powers have far-reaching effects in this region.
