文章摘要：2009～2010年，非洲国际关系持续深入发展。美国对非洲政策在已有基础上趋于全面，苏丹和索马里等国家受到关注。依托《非洲增长与机遇法案》的美非贸易继续发展。法国、日本等发达国家继续根据自身利益加强对非战略。通过非洲联盟及其首脑会议，非洲一体化进程不断加强，非洲用一个声音说话的能力得到增强。以中非合作论坛成立10周年为标志，中非关系发展成果充实，提升了非洲国际地位。
