文章摘要：2009年岁尾，迪拜世界公司爆发债务危机，震动了国际金融市场。这次危机是国际金融危机的小余震，规模有限，在阿布扎比的支持下很快得到缓解，没有对国际金融形势和世界经济恢复造成显著影响，也没有动摇迪拜酋长国以服务业为导向的经济发展战略。不过危机也给阿联酋的经济发展带来一些值得记取的教训。
