中国与南欧国家：经受危机考验的双边关系

Abstract:Since China and the Southern-European Countries established diplomatic relations，the bilateral exchanges and cooperation have been strengthened in the fields of politics，trade-economics，culture and scientific-technology and so on. During the period 2003-2005，China-Italy，China-Spain，China-Portugal and China-Greece relations have been，respectively，updated to comprehensive strategic partnerships.The collaborative mechanisms between China and the Southern-European Countries have been established and improved in the last decade from 2003-2013. Two factors have played important roles in influencing Sino-South European Countries relations，that is，the EU’s Policy towards China and its adjustment，and the domestic and international situation facing both China and Southern-European Countries and their national interests and values. Recently，the Chinese government has provided concrete supports to Southern-European Countries who have severely suffered from Euro debt crisis，which have given Southern-European Countries more confidence and courage for overcoming the difficulties. Therefore，after having endured the historical challenges，a new era of the bilateral relations can be expected.
