中德关系：中欧关系的领跑者

Abstract:This paper makes a comprehensive review of China-Germany relationships in the areas of politics，trade and economy and people-to-people exchanges in the past 10 years，based on which，it believes that the bilateral relations have entered a fast-track of development. In the recent 10 years，the fast-developing economic and trade cooperation between the two sides has formed a solid basis for the China-Germany relationship，the bilateral political relations have been running smoothly with frequent high-level visits，and multi-layered and wide-ranging people-to-people exchanges have enhanced the communications and mutual understandings between the Chinese and German people. However，differences in the interests and values between China and Germany still persist. In the concluding part，this paper points out that under the framework of the China-Germany strategic partnership，economic ties will continue to function as the foundation of the bilateral relationships，while at the same time，factors including Germany’s competitiveness in the global economy，the European debt crisis，impacts of the TTIP on US-Germany trade and economic relations and Germany’s relations with the emerging countries may bring uncertainties.
