Abstract:Under the shock of the international financial crisis，the structure of global financial governance is undergoing profound changes. Being important actors in the global financial governance，China and the EU have been adjusting their relations in this field，with deepened functional dialogues and exchange mechanisms and cooperation with a global perspective. Despite the strengthening of China’s position in the global financial governance，it is still unbalanced compared with that of the EU. Along with China’s rising economic power and the further openness of its financial sector，it will definitely get more involved in the global financial governance and manage to influence the rules-setting and to stabilize the financial order. It means China and the EU will have more contacts in the field of global financial governance.
