全球粮食价格飙升：根源、影响及对策

Abstract:This paper gives an overview of the roots，impacts and solutions in regard to the rise of global food price beginning in 2006. There have been various causes for the current price hike. This paper analyzes the issue using a theoretical framework covering various variables including demand and supply，denominated currency and market structure. We predict that because some forces behind the rise of global food price will persist for a long time，the future food price will remain at a high level. In order to mitigate the impacts of global food crisis on the world economy，there is a need of a closer cooperation among the major players including the net importers，the net exporters，developed countries and international organizations.
