Abstract:>In the U.S.National Exports Initiative or Export Doubling Plan，there are not only long-term，structural positive factors including great export potential，high export competitiveness，export control reform and the emerging new model of international division of labor，but also short-term negative factors including slow recovery in European market and appreciation tendency of U.S.dollar.Thus，while it is very difficult to achieve the target of doubling exports，it will not be out of reach for the U.S.A government.For China，U.S. expanding export will increase high-tech exports to China and accelerate transformation of China’s economic development pattern.However，China may face more competition in international market with U.S.A and great pressure of RMB appreciation.
